The Jamaica Customer Service Association’s Signature Certificate Programme, Through the Customers Eyes – A Caribbean Perspective is now being offered fully online. The programme which has been offered in Jamaica for over a decade has had excellent reviews. In addition to the global dimension of the training, a local component is added by JaCSA to better fit the courses to suit our local/Caribbean conditions. The programme is taught by competent, highly trained, experienced local facilitators who have coached and trained winning Customer Service Providers in several Caribbean islands.
The International aspect has six (6) complete self-administered modules in digital training format with end-of-module tests.
The Caribbean aspect is a three (4) module online instructor-led programme with real-time interaction facilitated by expert trainers. Participants are required to research and make presentations as well as undertake role-playing as part of the course work along with an end-of-course online test.
