Our certification programme ‘Through the Customer’s Eyes – The Caribbean Perspective’ has been developed through collaboration with SkillPath, an affiliate of Graceland University. Skillpath is a leading provider of in-person and online training for individuals, teams and groups seeking to transform performance and outcomes through the power of skill building. Skillpath is a non-profit organization and an extension of the Graceland College Center for Professional Development and Lifelong Learning The organization is headquartered in Mission, Kansas, USA.
The first international certification graduation ceremony was held in 2007 and we have hosted numerous graduation ceremonies to date with over 1000 participants from the open market and within organisations such as NHT, HEART Trust NTA, UDC and BCIC. These participants are now internationally certified through the Association.
