She is a Customer Service and Logistics Professional with a 20-year track record in the field. She specializes in identifying and developing culture, process and performance improvement as well as efficiencies for the customer related, administrative, operational and logistics related projects. For over a decade she has been responsible for collaborating, leading and developing teams, locally, regionally and internationally. Presently she serves as the Vice- President of membership for Caribbean Organization Development Network.
She is currently y pursuing her MBA in Strategic Planning with the University of Edinburg, United Kingdom and Yellow Belt Certification designation – December 2018 and Professional Certificate Organisation Development.
