Shinel is a Certified Customer Service and Digital Marketing Professional on a mission to impact the lives of millions, beginning with Jamaica.
She has graduated from the University of the West Indies with Bachelors in Hotel Management. She is certified Scrum Master and holds certification in Customer Service, Project Management and Digital Marketing. Shinel has spent most of her career in the banking industry where she has honed her skillsets in Customer Experience Management, Complaint Management, Service Recovery, Multi-Channel/ Digital Marketing and Data Analytics.
Shinel has a vested interest in the growth and development of the younger generation continuously inspiring and motivating them to push themselves and putting their best lives forward.
