Sharon Diana Williams is a career banker, having joined the NCB Group in 1994. She has worked at various levels over the years and held several positions such as Teller, Personal Banker, Manager – Private Banking
Centre and Manager of the New Kingston branch. She currently holds the position of Manager – Group Service Delivery. Under her leadership, the NCB Group has been twice awarded the Jamaica Customer Service
Association (JaCSA)/PSOJ Service Excellence Award and special recognition in the areas of Reward and Recognition and Talent & Capacity Building.
Sharon is a past student of the St. Andrew High School for Girls. There she was an active member of the School’s Key Club and held several leadership positions, including President. She was also a Senior Prefect
with responsibility for the 4th form year group. As a proud past student of St. Andrew High, Sharon has given back to the school by giving motivational and career talks to the students who are members of the School’s
Leadership Development Programme and other groups such as Class
Sharon is a Distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston. She currently holds the position of Lieutenant Governor for Kiwanis Division 23 East, which includes 21 clubs in Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Thomas. In addition to her Kiwanis involvement, Sharon is also an active member of her Church, Church of the Open Bible, where she serves on the Treasury and Special Events committees.
