Mrs. Mona-Lisa Stewart is the president of the Jamaica Customer Association (JaCSA) and a past Vice President of Finance for the Association. She has over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, where she has excelled in the area of customer experience management. She is a senior supervisor at the National Commercial Bank where she was recently promoted to the post of Policy and Procedures Analyst. She formally had responsibility for Complaints Management and Service Recovery.
Mrs. Stewart has been married for 14 years and is the mother of a 10 year old son. Her interests include community service and mentorship; she is a member of the NCB Volunteer Corp and a graduate of at the University College of the Caribbean. She has been trained in Lean Methodology by the Boston Consultancy Group.
