Claudine A. Allen is a business communicator who is passionate about creating delightfully memorable
experiences for customers. She is currently the Member Ombudsman for the Jamaica National Group
where she works with an exceptional team to deliver products and services which unleash the potential
of its members and customers. She also leads the organisation’s thrust to adopt international standards
and benchmarks in service delivery, ensuring full compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 to which the JN Bank
is certified.

Prior to joining Jamaica National in 2006, she worked in public relations and advertising in the private
sector as well government.

Miss Allen is an alum of the Glenmuir High School and The University of the West Indies, where she
completed undergraduate and post graduate work in Mass Communications and Business
Administration. She also completed a Masters of Science in Public Relations at the Syracuse University in
New York. She is a Governor of United Way of Jamaica, and a member of the International Customer
Service Association.
