The Jamaica Customer Service Association (JaCSA) and the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) are inviting applications from all business sectors – small, medium and large, to apply for PSOJ/JaCSA Service Excellence Awards 2019.
Applications for Nominations are now open to PSOJ/JaCSA members and will be closed on March 31, 2019.
Shortlisted companies will be advised by April 8, 2019, after which, JaCSA’s team of trained assessors will conduct a site visit to each organization that was shortlisted.
Winners will be announced and honoured at the PSOJ Chairman’s Breakfast on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
Dr. Nsombi Jaja, Chairman of JaCSA notes “over the years we have seen significant improvements in the organizations that have participated in this Award. The self-assessment exercises conducted by the organizations provide insights for continuous improvement in delivering service excellence internally and externally”.
The evaluation criteria will provide insights to how organisations function in the following categories:
